The challenge was on today. We researched different paper plane designs to test which ones would fly the best. We followed folding instructions online and used scales to weigh them. Once our designs were complete, we measured how far they would fly. Some flew extremely well...onto the roof. 😜 The winning paper plane flew a distance of 15.62 metres.
Welcome to our Room 9 blog. The purpose of our blog is to share some of our learning experiences.

OUR PHOTO WALL
It was great to have some parents pop in to look at our photo wall. The purpose of this wall is to show how we exhibit the school values, cultural competencies and the 3 principles under the Treaty of Waitangi. Our Room 9 students feel a sense of pride and love to show off how well we are doing as a team.

SWIMMING SPORTS
We had a fantastic day at our senior school swimming sports. The weather was stunning. Our students encouraged each other during races and enjoyed the fun swim afterwards. A huge thank you to those parents that came along.
